Abrasive Blasting Cabinets:
Abrasive Blasting Cabinet facilitates blast-cleaning operation in a confined blast chamber. Abrasive Particles are bombarded out of blast gun with the help of compressed air and strikes the work surface placed inside the cabinet. The spilt abrasive is recovered and re-cycled while the dust and debris are separated from the system and collected in dust collector thus minimizing risk of flying dust to operator. The SPM content of dust collector exhaust is below the specified limits, thus can be safely worked within factory premises. Air exhausted to the atmosphere is clean & pollution free.
Abrasive Blasting Cabinets has been classified in according to the methods of abrasive propelling and blasting.
Suction Blasting Cabinets 'Model K-S'
|
Suction Blasting Cabinets 'Model K-S' works on induction-suction principle of abrasive blasting. Equipment is best suitable for blast cleaning, de-burring, de-scaling, removing thin deposits on soft metallic parts and de-flashing of plastic moulded components. It is also used to provide matt finish on metal components. The abrasives used are medium to fine grade size recommended to best suit the application.

The equipment is designing to most convenient operating position with ergonomic armholes for free maneuver of the job / blast gun. Sealed enclosure ensures that dust does not escape outside while performing blasting operation. Replaceable vision glass, provided with fine wire mesh to protect against abrasive action. Equipped with air filter, air regulator, pressure gauge and On-OFF controls for exhaust fan & illumination.
The equipment is manufactured in three standard sizes to suit component size while cabinet of a bigger size or with advanced features and automation is custom designed to suit individual customer requirements.
Standard Models: KS 60/60, KS 91/82 and KS 120/90
Pressure Blasting Cabinets 'Model K-P'
Cabinets Model 'K-P' works on direct pressure principle of abrasive blasting. Abrasives particles are stored in a in a pressure vessel. The pressurised abrasive particles are carried by compressed air flow and made to issue out of the blast nozzle to strike the work surface placed inside the cabinet, to perform blast-cleaning operation. The spilt abrasive is made to fall back into the pressure vessel for recycling. The dust and debris are sucked into a fabric bag dust collector unit installed along with the blast cabinet and are separated from the system. Exhaust air to atmosphere is clean and pollution free.
The equipment is recommended for blast cleaning, de-burring, de-scaling, removing thick and hard deposits on metallic parts and de-flashing of moulded components. Shot peening and stress relieving are performed to medium and high peening intensity. The abrasives / shots used are medium to coarse grade size recommended to best suit the application.

Wet Blasting Cabinets 'Model K-W'
KSBE ËœWet Blasting Cabinets Model K-W" Works on wet slurry induction principle of abrasive blasting. The equipment uses fine to superfine abrasive mixed with water as slurry base. It is used to remove very thin deposits, scales, fine burrs from multi-tooth cutting tools, for super-finishing of machined surface without damage to sharp edges and tolerances, and for providing matt finish.
Cabinet inside body is zinc metallised to prevent it from corrosion. The blasted slurry is made to fall in cabinet hopper from where it is recycled again to blast nozzle. A mist collector carries wet mist and fog created inside cabinet for clear visibility during operation. Exhaust air to atmosphere is clean and pollution free. The abrasives used are fine to very fine grade size recommended to best suit the application.
