Kushal Shot Blasting Equipments manufactures close circuit vacuum blasting equipment Model KV-15. The equipment performs blast cleaning and shot peening operation with on spot instant recovery of blasted media and dust. The operation is safe and dust free with no risk of flying abrasives and dust in surrounding.

The blast gun head is hold tight in contact to the surface to be blast cleaned and manoeuvred manually or automatically by mounting on a motorised fixture. The area in contact is instantly cleaned, blasted abrasive and dust generated is recovered back into the system through a vacuum hose. The dust is cyclonically separated and stored in a dust collector bin and the abrasive media is feed back into the pressure vessel for recycling.

The equipment is portable and can be carried within the premises / on site as desired. Best suitable for in-plant maintenance, localised cleaning of surface and for dust free operation on large size components and on-site jobs.

Applications:

Shipping industry :	Ideal equipment for blast cleaning of ships before metallizing and painting. Widely used in ship repair workshops and dockyards.
Aerospace industry :	Blast cleaning on aircraft equipments for paint removal and prior to metallizing and painting.
Power Plant Industry	Shot Peening of turbine blades at roots and for in-plant maintenance.
In-plant maintenance :	Clean large size components in situ. Do not require blast room. Localized blasting at a particular location is possible for in-plant maintenance.
Chemical plants :	Cleaning of process tanks before painting/coating. Also used for removal of scale & rust, On spot cleaning during repair and maintenance.
Paper industry :	Blast cleaning of paper rollers before metallizing and rebuilding.
Heavy Equipment Maintenance :	Ideal for blast cleaning of large size machinery, equipment chassis, heavy earth moving machinery etc. before painting.
Nuclear Power Plants :	Specially useful in dust and pollution free zone. Equipment can be worked within factory premises for in plant cleaning.
Steel Fabrication Plants :	Highly recommended for cleaning large weldments. Cleans surface prior to welding.
