Industrial Dust Collectors:
Industrial Dust Collectors are used for extraction of process dust and Suspended Particulates from the dust generating source and to minimize air pollution by preventing its escape in atmosphere. Dust generated by abrasive sand / shot blasting, metal or wood working, mining processes, drilling, crushing, grinding, pulverizing, etc. and by various industrial processes can be trapped and collected in dust collectors.

Cyclone Dust Collector:
Dust laden air is sucked from the dust zone by the cyclone dust collector thus leaving the work area clean. The dust enters into the cyclone gets separated from the fines and is collected in the dust chamber.
We manufacture Cyclone Dust Collector ranging from 500 cfm to 5000 cfm suction capacity. The selection is based on amount of dust generated from source and type of application. The main components consists heavy gauge steel sheet cyclone body, abrasive resistant liners, exhaust fan body with dynamically balances centrifugal bower fan, fan motor, dust collectors housing with hinged door and sliding dust bins.
Fabric Bag Dust Collector:
Dust laden air carrying fine Suspended Particulates are sucked from the dust zone or from outlet of cyclone collectors and are fed in the fabric bag dust collectors. The fine particulates gets trapped in the fabric bags as air passes through the bag filter medium. The collected dust and fines are retained in the dust bin while only clean air is exhausted out of the system
The fabric bag housing is self-standing on legs provided with dust hoppers to accumulate dust that is transfered to a bust bin periodically. The bag shaking mechanism is designed for periodic cleaning of dust bags manually or motorised to suit application.
We also manufacture Optical Fabric bag and Pleated Fabric Bag Type Dust Collectors with Reverse Jet Air Pulse Cleaning system operated through solenoid valves and sequential timer.
Cartridge Element Dust Collector:
Cartridge element dust collectors have very high dust retention efficiency max. upto 99.99% and Suspended Fines upto 0.5 microns, depending upon material of cartridge filters viz. fine stainless steel wire mesh or paper cartridges of varying particle retention efficiency. The choice of material depends upon application and use.
Cartridge element dust collectors are recommended for installation in a total dust free zone, nuclear reactors, power plants, instrumentation workshops etc.
Cartridge cleaning is done periodically through reverse jet air pulse operated trough solenoid valve. Large capacity dust collectors are automatically cleaned in process with a continuing reverse jet pulse controlled through sequence cyclic timer.

Grinder Wheel Dust Collectors:
Metal Dust from grinders are collected into Grinder Wheel Dust Collector to keep the work area clean and dust free. Two numbers of suction hoods are designed to accommodate a maximum 400 mm diameter wheels each, and adjustable center to center positioning between wheels to suit wide application. The metal dust in instantly sucked into the fabric bag collection unit through flexible hoses. The dust collector is provided with a 0.5 HP 3 Phase 415 V 50 Hz electric motor with DOL starter, fitted with a 250 cfm capacity dynamically balanced suction fan blower.
Belt Sander Dust Collectors:
Wood Dust from belt sanders is collected into Belt Sander Dust Collector to keep the work area clean and pollution free. One numbers of suction hoods is designed to accommodate the dust generation end wheel of the belt sander in wood working plants. The wood dust is instantly sucked from the source and feed into the fabric bag collection unit through flexible hoses. The dust collector is provided with a 1.0 HP 3 Phase 415 V 50 Hz electric motor with DOL starter fitted with a 500 cfm capacity dynamically balanced suction fan blower.
Multiple Hood Dust Collectors:
