The quality, surface finish, appearance, surface roughness and production output of blasted component is an important criteria that varies according to the application, component size, shape, profile, area to be blasted and purpose of blast cleaning.

We at Kushal Shot Blasting Equipments process customer samples to achieve the desired finish and establish the process parameters for the user in terms of type of equipment to be used, abrasive blasting media, media size and other working parameters, thus providing client with the best solution for the application desired, utilizing our experience with a purpose to offer most suitable techno-commercial solutions to our clients.

On Site Visit :

Upon user's demand Kushal Shot Blasting Equipment deputes its engineers, on specified terms, to analyse on-site conditions and job analysis and to recommend a best feasible solution.

Training :

Kushal Shot Blasting Equipments provides training on abrasive blasting theory, application, machine operation and on maintenance of abrasive blasting machines. The programmed is scheduled to mutual convenience. Separate programs are managed for executive / supervisory level and for shop floor operator to cater individual need.

Machine operation and maintenance training includes an overview of abrasive blasting process, machine operating sequence, precautions, daily checks, periodic maintenance requirements, recommended spares, their checks, replacement and fitment, dismantling and assembly of major parts, media changing and recommended operating practice. An adequate study material with part list and drawings is made available. The trainer has hands on experience for appropriate and efficient machine operation and maintenance methods. On-site training to two or more personnel can be arranged by deputing our technical experts at user's site on specified terms.
