The Tumblast equipment is widely used and popular for Shot Blasting of small to medium sized casted and forged components.

The machine is a heavy duty fabrication duly fitted with alloy steel liners and rubber lined as necessary to protect from internal wear. A heavy duty endless rubber belt is placed inside equipment that holds job components under a blast wheel.

The belt rotates to tumble the job components constantly thus exposing all faces under the blast stream.  The blasted shots are recovered and recycled into the blast wheel while dust generated is transferred into a fabric bag dust collector.
