KSBE Supplies following equipment for use in construction applications:
- Concrete Grout Pump :
KSBE Model – KGE pump is electric operated positive displacement pump for continuous mixing and feed of concrete. The pump housing is coupled with electric geared motor. The unit is fitted on a wheel mounted frame. Material from silo is feed homogenously upto the mixing chamber. Wear resistant material mixing shaft and screw enables higher productivity and constant material flow thus giving better mortar quality. Inlet water connection is ¾” water hose at atleast 2-5 Bar pressure. Equipment is fitted with a grout hose having grouting nozzle at outlet. Output capacity ranges from 500 ltr/hr to 3000 ltr/hr.
- Pneumatic Piston Pump :
KSBE Model – KGP Pneumatic piston pump is a heavy duty air-powered piston pump fitted on a wheel mounted frame. Unit is incorporated with a 150 ltr high speed mixture container giving a all in one grouting solution. KGP pump is low maintenance pump having user friendly controls. Output discharge can be varied by varying air pressure. Equipment is fitted with quick coupling hose fittings. Production Capacity is approx. 50 cu.ft/hr at 0-250 psi line pressure. Compressed air requirement is 140 cfm at 7 Bar.
- Shotcrete Machine:
KSBE Model – KGS works on a dry mix principle. The pre-mixed material is filled into the feeding hopper from where it falls into the chamber of revolving rotor. The feed system rotates via a gear drive. The mix is then transported in a continuous process to the air chamber from there it is blown by the compressed air stream. The material is conveyed by the air through hose to the spraying nozzle. Water is added to the dry concrete in the nozzle at the end of the conveying hose pipe and the material is hydrated to the desired slump. Production rate varies from 4 cu.mtr/hr to 12 cu.mtr/hr depending on hose ID and compressed air capacity.
