  Swing Table Type Shot Blasting Machine:

The machine is equipped with a swing table fitted on the hinged door.

 The job to be cleaned is placed on swing table and moved inside the blast cabinet. Blast wheels impart shots on the components while table rotated at a constant speed to cover the total work area.

Machines with double door features are available fitted with swing table on each door. When one table is inside blasting cabinet with doors closed, the other is out to facilitate job loading and unloading.

Spent media is recovered by screw conveyor and bucket elevator, and is feed back to blast wheel, while dust is transferred in dust collector.
