Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine:

 
The machine is fitted with a multiple hooked hanger upon which components can be hanged. The hanger is made to rotate within the blast cabinet under the stream of shots. Continuous hanger machine is fitted with overhead monorail type hanger to carry components in and out of the blast cabinet.

Conveyorised Shot Blasting Machines:

 The jobs to be blast cleaned are fed linearly into the blast cabinet by varying mechanisms viz. through a belt conveyor, wheels, diabola etc. depending on the type of component to be cleaned and application. The conveying speed can be varied as required. A number of blast wheels are fitted to enable shotblasting on total job profile. Equipment is designed for strip cleaning, structural cleaning, flat surfaces, stone texturing and varying applications. Spent media is recovered by screw conveyor and bucket elevator, and is feed back to blast wheel, while dust is transferred in dust collector.
