Machine Features :
Blast Nozzle: Tungsten Carbide lined nozzles. Boron Carbide Nozzles are also available. Ø
Automatic Tank Sealing: A Mushroom valve seals blast pot automatically when ON. Ø
Exhaust Valve: Blast Pot gets de-pressurised Automatic when switched OFF. Ø
Air Filter & Pressure gauge - Are Provided in air line as standard fitments. Ø
Choke Valve: Used to clear blast hose chocking if any, during operation.
Pinch Valve: To regulate abrasive quantity feed in blast hose. Ø
Mixing Tube Assembly: Adequate air-abrasive mixing to facilitate free flow of media. Ø
Nozzle Holder: For quick fitment of blast nozzle with blast hose. Ø
Hose Connector: A union coupling for quick fitment of blast hose to mixing tube.
Remote Control Operation:
Since the machine is at a distance away from the operator, Remote Control facility (fitted optional, only in remote operated models) facilitate blasting ON/OFF control in hands of operator instead of on the Pot. The operator press a dead-man lever to switch ON the blasting. The blasting stops and blast pot get automatically de-pressurised when the lever is released, ensuring safe operation.
Warning! Abrasive blasting with sand containing crystalline silica can cause serious or fatal respiratory disease and is cautioned by occupational health norms and agencies. We therefore, do not recommend the use of ‘media containing crystalline silica sand’ for abrasive blasting process. We suggest all machine users to consult our technical experts for use of alternate blasting media for their abrasive blasting applications.
